Marketing & Digital Manager at Charles Aris Inc.
International executive recruiting firm Charles Aris Inc. has announced the transition of Becky Boxley to HR & Operations Specialist. In this role, Becky adds increased responsibilities across the firm’s Operations functions including those in human resources and organizational development.
Among a variety of HR and operational responsibilities, Becky will work directly with chief operating officer Allen Oakley and vice president of human resources Myron Pearman on quarterly, mid-year and year-end performance reviews, execution of the firm’s onboarding program, and internal capacity and career path progression initiatives.
“I am ecstatic about Becky’s new role,” commented Pearman. “This is a situation where as Charles Aris continues to grow as a firm, we need individuals that want to grow at various levels and this is a perfect example. Becky will continue to contribute in areas she has already been involved on the HR and operations front while taking on new responsibilities that will allow for her professional growth as a HR and operations professional.”
Becky has been a member of the Charles Aris team since August 2016, when she joined the firm as senior executive administrative assistance to founder and chairman Mitch Oakley. In this capacity, Becky served as primary liaison between Mitch and the firm’s recruiting and operations teams, while making numerous contributions to the firm’s executive recruitment efforts on behalf of its clients.
"I am excited about this opportunity and to be a part of the continued growth at Charles Aris," Boxley said. "I’m looking forward to continuing to expand my professional horizons."
Becky holds a bachelor of arts degree in English from Randolph College in Lynchburg, Virginia. She studied abroad at the University of Reading, located in the Royal County of Berkshire in England.
When she is not working, Becky enjoys spending time with her family, friends and two dogs, Fiona and Roo. She also enjoys traveling, cooking and getting outdoors – especially kayaking.
