Executive search firm Charles Aris Inc. has promoted Myron Pearman to vice president of human resources and organizational development for his continued success in leading the firm’s efforts in talent identification and retention, employee relations and organizational strategy.
In addition to his oversight of the firm’s efforts in payroll, benefits, accounting, learning and development, Pearman adds deepening senior leadership responsibilities to his role.
Charles Aris chief operating officer Allen Oakley lauded Pearman for his continued impact on the firm.

Pearman, who brought more than 25 years of experience in human resources and operational roles to Charles Aris, is excited to take on this expanded role with the firm.
