Ryan Morgan earns promotion to practice leader at Charles Aris Executive Search

GREENSBORO, N.C. Charles Aris Executive Search promoted Ryan Morgan to practice leader in recognition of his outstanding work landing top talent in mission-critical roles. As practice leader, he’s focused on recruiting controllers and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) leaders for private equity backed organizations.

Since joining the firm nearly a decade ago, he’s assisted over 75 clients fill their hiring needs. Morgan’s ability to diagnose the specific requirements of career opportunities from organizations across the globe – then deliver the talent – makes him a valuable asset to Charles Aris and his clients alike.

“For the past decade, Charles Aris has been my extended family — my home away from home,” Morgan said. “Without the support, mentorship and friendship of the firm’s leadership and my colleagues, reaching this step in my career would not have been possible. The opportunity to build our firm’s Finance & Accounting practice alongside my partner Jim Etling was a goal that I set when I first walked through our doors. Who knows what the next decade will bring, but I’m looking forward to the journey to grow both personally and professionally!”

Senior vice president Jim Etling believes this is a well-deserved promotion and looks forward to seeing Morgan thrive as practice leader.

“Ryan has been a great addition to the firm since joining, especially to the Finance & Accounting practice,” said Etling. “He’s been instrumental in the growth of the practice and has developed into an expert in the functions of Financial Planning & Analysis and Controllership. His move to practice leader means that more and more clients around the country will soon benefit from his expertise, dedication and diligence finding great financial leaders for their organizations. I’m proud of where Ryan has been and excited about where he’s headed in this new role.”
